  3. Limit Frequency: Avoid sipping on these drinks over extended periods to reduce prolonged acid exposure. It is far better to drink an acidic beverage all at once at a meal than it is to sip it throughout the day.
  4. Maintain Oral Hygiene: Brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and floss regularly to strengthen enamel and fight decay.
