| #14 had large lesion on MB root and RCt by endo last year. looked to me like missed MB1 and MB2 found. With new decay and needing RCt retreat and apico best extract and do bridge, since #15 needs new crown also |

| Here you can see slight overfill on MB2 and MB1 was indeed missed. I joked with my partner that the endodontist found his first MB2….too bad he missed the MB1. There was a huge lesion on the MB root when this endo was done so it had 0% chance of healing from his treatment. |
